Scream is back after a long wait of a couple of years. However, the seventh instalment of the film marks the return of the OG Scream icon, ‘Sidney Prescott’, played by none other than Neve Campbell. In the long-awaited trailer, Neve Campbell gets a call from ‘Ghostface’, “Hello, Sidney. Did you miss me? Nice little town you found, you and your pretty daughter. Reminds me of where we grew up.”
However, this time the ‘Ghostface’ is more interested in ‘Sidney’s’ daughter, ‘Tatum’ played by Isabel May. And her daughter wants to become a fighter just like her mom, and the movie shows ‘Sidney’ teaching her the rules of escaping the killer. The film will hit theatres on February 27, 2026.
