(ANSA) – ROME, SEP 25 – Stellantis sold 106,078 cars on the European market (EU, EFTA and UK) in August, up 2.2% with respect to the same month in 2024, according to data released on Thursday.
But the market share of the Italian-French-American auto group, whose brands include Jeep, Peugeot, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Chrysler, dropped to 13.4% from 13.7% in August 2024.
Stellantis has sold 1,298,913 vehicles so far this year, a drop of 7.4% on the equivalent period last year, with the market share down from 16.2% and 14.9%. (ANSA).
