On May 11, 2025, the actor was attending a beauty pageant event in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, where he collapsed on stage. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by his team. Vishal faced a health scare during a beauty contest in Tamil Nadu
According to multiple reports, Tamil actor, Vishal was attending the Miss Koovagam Transgender Beauty Contest in Tamil Nadu’s Villupuram as a chief guest. As per a Times Now report, during the event, the actor lost consciousness on stage and then collapsed. The report further stated that former Tamil Nadu minister K. Ponmudy was also present when the incident took place. The former Tamil Nadu minister ensured that the Tamil star was given immediate health care in a nearby hospital.
