UrVenue is set to offer an exclusive first look at its new sister platform, UrResort, during The Hospitality Show in San Antonio on October 29-30 at Booth #444. UrResort is a robust suite of products designed to provide resorts with a cutting-edge Property Experience Management System (PXMS), with UrVenue’s Venue Management System (VMS) serving as a central feature. This preview will highlight the platform’s functionality ahead of its official 2025 launch, focusing on attracting pilot partners whose feedback will play a crucial role in refining the product for broader market success.
UrResort simplifies the management of property experiences, offering centralized control over activities, guest itineraries, and distribution through both direct and third-party channels, including OTAs. Built to enhance both on-site and off-site guest experiences, UrResort aims to improve operational efficiency, elevate guest satisfaction, and boost revenue for hotels and resorts.
Additionally, UrVenue and UrResort have joined the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) and are now accessible through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. These integrations with Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) and Simphony Cloud Point-of-Sale (POS) offer resorts seamless ways to enhance guest engagement and streamline operations. The Crane Resort in Barbados will be the first to implement UrResort’s OPERA Cloud PMS integration to create personalized guest itineraries and centralize experience management. Wynn Las Vegas will adopt UrVenue’s Simphony Cloud POS integration, linking guest bookings, presales, and check data to provide valuable insights into guest preferences.
“We’re excited to preview UrResort at The Hospitality Show and demonstrate how our new suite of products, combined with our Oracle integrations, creates the most advanced engine for managing experiences,” said Tracee Nalewak, Chief Growth Officer at UrVenue. “With centralized activity management, group and guest itinerary planning, and seamless distribution of experiences, UrResort will redefine how resorts manage and monetize on- and off-property experiences, driving efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.”
Attendees at the show will get a sneak peek at UrResort’s key features and integrations with platforms such as OpenTable, Book4Time, and Oracle.
