15 long-term inmates leave mental hospital for rehabilitation and new beginnings

​​ These patients, who had no families willing to accept them back, are part of 25 individuals selected in the first phase of the hospital’s extended rehabilitation efforts. The remaining 10, all women, will follow soon.
