Veteran actor, Dharmendra, 89, recently got discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. The actor was reportedly admitted for shortness of breath. Death hoax news started going viral, and “RIP Dharmendra” trended on social media. Dharmendra’s wife, Parkash Kaur’s private clip of breaking down, was also leaked. The Bollywood film fraternity has condemned the same, and Saif Ali Khan has strongly reacted to the same. He shared his experience when he lost his dad, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi.
Saif Ali Khan remembers his family’s ordeal amid Dharmendra’s family’s privacy being violated
Dharmendra’s son, Sunny Deol, abused the paps who were stationed outside his home after Dharmendra was discharged from the hospital. During a candid chat with News 24 Online, Saif Ali Khan could draw parallels between the Deols’ current situation and the trauma he had undergone when his dad, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, was admitted to the hospital. Saif shared:
“We experienced a situation like this when Abba (father cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan) was in the hospital. We were constantly fobbing off unwanted attention while dealing with the crisis at hand. There should definitely be laws against such brutal violation of privacy.”
