The court said the interim order will be effective only upon the petitioner submitting an undertaking that, in case the writ petition fails, she would be responsible for all the expenses incurred in the treatment. The documents regarding surgery of the petitioner’s husband will also be placed on record. The matter was listed for next hearing on Oct 13.
