(ANSA) – VILNIUS, 01 SET – To celebrate Italian Fashion Day in the world, the Italian Embassy in Vilnius organized, in partnership with “Elle Lithuania” magazine, a series of events dedicated to Italy as part of Vilnius Fashion Week, attended by, among others, entrepreneur and fashion industry expert Alessandro Maria Ferreri and Istituto Cordella, which showed its own collection. Commenting on the event, the ambassador of Italy in Vilnius, Emanuele de Maigret, pointed out that “this action is part of the ‘Diplomacy of Growth’ promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Italian embassies around the world to support Italian companies and, in this case, a key sector such as fashion.” The day also included a presentation of the many links between many of the works in the contemporary art collection of the Italian Embassy in Vilniue and the world of fashion.
