(ANSA) – ROMA, 05 AGO – The public presentation of the winners of the Italian-Georgian scholarship co-funding cooperation program, launched under the MoU signed in 2018 between the International Education Center (IEC) and the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), took place yesterday.
Complementing the scholarships offered by the Italian government to Georgian students, this program represents another outstanding opportunity for professional growth that allows young people to have a valuable educational experience in Italy.
Speaking at the event, together with the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia Givi Mikanadze, the Director of the International Education Center (IEC) of Georgia Nunu Mitskevich and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to Georgia, was the deputy chief of mission of the Embassy of Italy in Georgia, Dr. Fabiola Albanese, who in her speech emphasized the importance of cooperation between the countries in the field of education and congratulated the winners of the scholarships (thanks to this program, in the a.a. 2025-2026 10 Georgian students will continue their education at the best Italian universities!).
