Star kids have been facing internet’s wrath for a while now. The subject of nepotism had put several actors, producers and directors on the stand for favouring privileged off-springs over those who had worked through sleepless nights to get where they are. Now, this conversation has taken a new turn, as people have started noticing that wanting to work in the Hindi film industry, the star kids have difficulty even speaking the language.
Journalist called star kids out for not being able to speak in Hindi
Recently, television host, YouTuber and radio announcer, Siddharth Kannan hosted a special episode on his YouTube channel featuring other eminent film journalists, including Himesh Mankad, Mayank Shekhar and Rohit Khilnani. They discussed the malpractices in the industry and even called out some stars for being unable to speak Hindi. In a short clip uploaded on the discussion platform, Reddit, the journalists could be seen discussing how the star kids can’t speak in Hindi, yet they want to be a part of the Hindi film industry.
