(ANSA) – ROME, APR 23 – Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on Wednesday paid homage to the body of Pope Francis in St. Peter’s Basilica.
The late Argentine pontiff, who died on Easter Monday aged 88, is lying in state until his funeral on Saturday, after which he will be buried in the basilica of St Mary Major. (ANSA).
