Oil set for first weekly gain in three weeks

Brent crude futures rose 83 cents, or 1.1 Percent , to $74.24 a barrel by 1105 GMT, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was up 86 cents, or 1.2 Percent , at $70.88.
