SiteMinder, the global leader in hotel distribution and revenue optimization, announced the winners of its 2024 SiteMinder Partner Awards at WTM London. The awards honored exceptional companies from five continents that have made hotel management simpler and more effective, covering key areas like revenue management, payments, digital marketing, direct bookings, and upselling. These partners demonstrate how technology and consulting can support hoteliers in meeting the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving consumer landscape.
The SiteMinder Partner Awards celebrate the technology providers and consultants driving innovation in the hospitality industry. This year’s program featured two award categories: the Performance Awards, based on data from SiteMinder’s partner program, and the Excellence Awards, selected by a panel of industry experts. The judges included Annemarie Gubanski, founder of Taktikon AB; Daniel Segerblom, Head of Revenue Optimization at DIAMO; and James Bishop, SiteMinder’s VP of Ecosystem and Strategic Partnerships.
For the first time, four new awards were introduced to reflect SiteMinder’s comprehensive industry reach, with record participation. The new awards—‘Distribution Partner of the Year,’ ‘Breakthrough Partner of the Year,’ ‘Hoteliers’ Choice Partner of the Year,’ and ‘Revenue Partner of the Year’—expanded recognition across SiteMinder’s ecosystem.

- PMS Partner of the Year – Suitech, based in Spain.
- App Partner of the Year – Welcome Pickups, based in Greece.
- Distribution Partner of the Year (New) – Hopper, based in Canada.
Excellence Awards
- Innovation Partner of the Year – Roibos, based in Spain, recognized for its hotel distribution marketplace and Roibos Wallet, streamlining booking payments.
- Breakthrough Partner of the Year (New) – ezTravel, based in Taiwan, achieving 33% growth in room nights with innovative ‘book and pay later’ options.
- Hoteliers’ Choice Partner of the Year (New) – RevenYou, based in Australia, supporting properties with innovative solutions to optimize performance.
- Revenue Partner of the Year (New) – Sojern, based in the U.S., driving guest acquisition with digital marketing, partnering with SiteMinder to generate $19 million in direct booking revenue across over 350 properties.
