Sudhanshu Pandey, the TV actor who rose to fame with his role in the popular TV show, Anupamaa, has finally addressed the buzz surrounding his exit from the show. For the unversed, Sudhanshu became a household name with his role as ‘Vanraj Shah’ in Anupamaa. He played the role of Rupali Ganguly’s on-screen husband. But even after gaining so much popularity, he left the show in August 2024. Now, in a recent interview, Sudhanshu opened up about the reason behind quitting Anupamaa.

In a recent interview with The Free Press Journal, Sudhanshu was asked whether he ever felt it important to address the rumours surrounding his sudden exit from the hit TV show, Anupamaa. For the uninitiated, after Sudhanshu left the show, there were rumours that he had a fallout with his co-star and lead actress, Rupali Ganguly, who played his on-screen wife. Now, Sudhanshu has put the record straight, stating that he never felt the need to clear the air surrounding his exit from Anupamaa. He was quoted as saying:
“Never, it doesn’t matter. Every story that comes out is only a phase. We will get over it after some time; people will have something else to talk about, like they do always.”
