The United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) has launched a completely redesigned website, offering dedicated sections tailored to its members, travel advisors, and travelers. This new digital platform enhances accessibility and provides streamlined resources for each audience, ensuring a more user-friendly and informative experience.
USTOA’s newly revamped website now showcases exclusive video content contributed by its tour operator and associate members. Designed with usability in mind, the platform introduces an upgraded, color-coded event calendar, making it easier for members to navigate various events, including general meetings, the Annual Conference & Marketplace, networking sessions, and educational programs. Additionally, the site features the USTOA Sustainability Resources Hub, where visitors can explore the association’s Five-Year Sustainability Plan, Sustainability Promise, and a wealth of educational materials focused on responsible travel initiatives.
The upgraded platform provides travel advisors with essential resources, including insights into tour operators, industry news, emerging trends, and valuable business tools. A revamped blog section features destination-specific content contributed by members, now with enhanced filtering options for seamless navigation. Additionally, both travelers and advisors can easily connect with tour operators and USTOA-certified travel professionals through dedicated access points on the site.
USTOA’s member companies collectively generate $24.4 billion in annual revenue, catering to 8.4 million travelers worldwide. The association also offers a Travelers Assistance Program, providing financial protection of up to $1 million for consumers in the event that a participating member ceases operations.
